I decided to move back to Atlanta in early 2017 but didn’t know any real estate agents. Getting connected by chance with Christopher was the best thing that could have happened to me! This guy is st ellar. I am a first time buyer so I don’t know jack about the process (but my parents up north do). He took the time to explain everything and was able to consistently provide great advice along the way, and I cross-verified that advice with my parents as being right on point. I went into this not having a clue, but ended buying a house with complete confidence. His knowledge of home renovation was critical in identifying a few duds along the way. I would have never caught the construction faults he pointed out on numerous homes. Christopher is a very genuine and trustworthy person. He didn’t just try to sell me a house as fast as possible – he took the time to really get to know me and understand my needs and goals. There were several homes I was keen on that would have cost more than the house I bought, but Christopher selflessly provided good reasons why I shouldn’t pursue them despite the fact that he would have made more commission from a higher price. And through all of the legal mumbo-jumbo that happens after going under contract, he was able to keep me on track and protected as a consumer. Solid attention to detail, genuine empathy and compassion for the buyer, can-do attitude with endless patience for my questions, excellent market knowledge, and a really approachable personality. I cannot recommend Christopher enough, if you need a house this guy is your man. On a scale of 1-10, I rate him an 11-star real estate agent!
